Event terms

An event is run by the studio. MEHMBR shows the event and takes your reservation. Your ticket, payment and attendance are between you and the studio.
A reservation holds your place for the time shown in the app, up to 24 hours and never beyond 2 hours before the event starts. If the studio has not marked your payment as received by then, the hold ends and the place is released.
A ticket is confirmed when the studio marks your payment as received, or straight away if the event is free. Your ticket and its QR code appear in the app once it is confirmed.
You pay the studio directly. MEHMBR does not receive or hold your money. Any receipt comes from the studio.
You can reserve up to 4 tickets for one event, as the studio allows. Each ticket admits one person. Tickets may not be resold.
Show your QR code or ticket code at the door. A ticket can be used once.
If an event is full you can join the waitlist for free. A place is not held for you. If one opens, you are told and given the hold time shown in the app to pay. If you do not pay in time, the place moves to the next person.
Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on the event, which you accept when you reserve. The event shows its refund cut-off. If you cancel before it, the studio owes you a refund of what you paid. After it, no refund is due unless the studio agrees. Refunds are paid by the studio, not by MEHMBR. The app records a refund as due and shows when the studio has marked it paid.
If the studio cancels the event or your ticket, it will refund what you paid in full.
If the studio changes the date, time or venue of an event, you are told, and you can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of the change.
You take part at your own risk. Tell the studio about any injury, condition or pregnancy before you attend, and see the Health and Liability Disclaimer.
Follow the studio's house rules and the instructions of its staff. The studio may ask you to leave if your behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
MEHMBR may restrict access to events if they are misused.
