Space rental terms

  1. You're renting the space from the studio. MEHMBR passes your enquiry to the studio; the rental agreement and payment are between you and the studio.
  2. The studio will contact you on the phone number you give to discuss the details and payment.
  3. A rental is confirmed only after the studio accepts it and marks your payment as received.
  4. Use the space only for the purpose and number of people you told the studio, within your booked time, including set-up and pack-down.
  5. Follow the studio's house rules and any instructions from studio staff.
  6. You're responsible for any damage, loss or extra cleaning caused by you or your group, and the studio may charge you for it.
  7. You and your group use the space at your own risk. Look after your own belongings.
  8. Cancellations and refunds follow the studio's cancellation policy shown on the space. Refunds are paid by the studio.
  9. If the studio has to cancel your rental, it will refund what you paid in full.
  10. MEHMBR may restrict access to rentals if they're misused.
