For questions about a class, a payment, or a refund, please contact the studio first — your contract for the class is with them. If that doesn’t resolve it, write to us and we’ll help where we can.
We acknowledge messages within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. For content or personal-data complaints, we acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
