Questions studios ask

What does it cost during the trial?

Nothing. MEHMBR is free for studios during the trial.

Do my clients need to download the app?

Yes. Clients download MEHMBR from the App Store to book classes, see their memberships and manage their bookings. Android is coming soon. Clients who prefer to call or message can still be added to classes by your team.

Can I bring my existing members across?

Yes. Share your current members and their memberships with us and we'll set them up for you, so nobody starts from scratch.

Does it work with several locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own schedule, all managed from one account.

How do payments work?

For now, clients pay you directly, the way they do today. MEHMBR records what they've bought and tracks every session for you. In-app payments with Razorpay are coming soon.
